adidas Copa Mundial Soccer Shoe for Mens Review

adidas Men's Copa Mundial Soccer Shoe - The leather stays in fantastic shape, even when you can't find the time to mink-oil it. The shoe withstands all-weather conditions. I've played in snow, blistering heat in the desert, rainstorms, mud, everything. These shoes recover nicely and have given me plenty of mileage.

Touch: The leather is grippy when properly taken care of, and there is very little in the way of padding. This makes the cleat almost feel like a fitted leather sock. It really puts you in touch with the game, and does not isolate your foot like a lot of other heavily padded cleats do.

Durability: Not the most durable cleats out there, but they have held up for the the last two years. You have to be careful to not drag your toe on shots, because that is kind of a weak spot. However, being leather, once a tear develops, it really does not propagate very much. Somebody put a 2" long slice in them with their cleats, and the slice has not gotten bigger over 1 year. Plastics and synthetics tear easier, especially in high stress areas. Overall, I think the durability with regular play is about 3 or 4 years.

Protection: Having very little padding, when you get stepped on, you really feel it. The heel is reinforced obviously. Perhaps not the best for defenders because of this.
